Meet Us
Pam Cramer, CPDT-KA, AKC Approved Evaluator
With over 10 years of hands on experience as a puppy raiser for a national service dog organization to becoming a breeder and trainer, I've trained, studied, learned from mistakes, and followed my passion to produce exceptional dogs through thoughtful breeding, early development and temperament based training. I hold the CPDT-KA certification and am an AKC approved evaluator for Canines Good Citizen (CGC), S.T.A.R. Puppy, and the AKC Temperament Test (ATT) . I created and implemented the K9's Puppy Launch overseeing more than 50 puppies advancing to become successful service dogs and served on the Board of Directors for K9's for Veterans Abroad. I have extensive experience breeding and guiding puppies from their first weeks to placement as reliable working dogs and loving family companions. I'd love to help you - whether you need a confident companion or a dependable service dog.
Cindy Cope, Puppy Program Manager
My rewarding journey in the Service Dog industry began over two decades ago. While living in Germany, I became involved with Vita e.V.Assistenzhunde, an organization dedicated to pairing service dogs with children who use wheelchairs. During my time there, we were approached by a U.S. veteran seeking a service dog to help manage his severe PTSD. I had the privilege of designing an individual training program that played a key role in his recovery. Upon returning to the United States, I joined K9s for Warriors, one of the nation's leading service dog organizations for veterans. Initially working in their trainer department, I later became the Manager of the Puppy Program, where I developed a robust training initiative, supported by a passionate network of volunteer puppy raisers. In 2020, I combined my love for education and storytelling to author the award-winning children's book, "Is This My Job? A Working Dog Adventure." This book was inspired by the most common question I hear about service dogs: "What do the dogs do?" Since my retirement in 2024 , I remain committed to improving the lives of dogs and the people they serve. Today, I proudly give back to my community as a Board Member of the Lake Oconee Humane Society, ensuring that every dog has the opportunity to thrive.
Marie Massie, AKC Approved Evaulator
With a background as a retired registered nurse, I bring a unique blend of compassion and expertise to my dog training practice. Over the past eleven years, I have dedicated myself to training dogs, working with multiple service dog organizations such as K9s for Warriors, K9s for Veterans Abroad, Hero Academy and Do Unto Others Assistance Dogs. My experience encompasses training dogs for individuals with PTSD, mobility challenges, and autism, allowing me to make a meaningful impact in their lives. As the owner of a small Board and Train facility, I focus on helping dog owners develop well-behaved and well-mannered pups, fostering a positive and harmonious environment at home. I am an AKC Evaluator for Canine Good Citizen (CGC) and S.T.A.R. Puppy which enables me to guide and support dog owners in achieving their certification goals. My passion lies in enhancing the bond between dogs and families, ensuring every dog reaches their full potential while providing the support their owners need. I am committed to making a difference in the lives of both dogs and their humans, one training session at a time.
